RMS User Suggestion Box

RMS User Suggestions enables RMS customers to add new feature suggestions they would find of benefit as well as vote on suggestions made by other customers.

All feedback is actively monitored by RMS Product Development with the highest voted suggestions reviewed for inclusion in a future development cycle.

The more votes a suggestion receives by customers the sooner it goes for consideration into a future development cycle.

  3. I would like the ability to modify the COVID declaration to remove the title.

    I like the declaration option on the guest portal however the need for this to be for COVID questions is no longer relevant and if this could be customised or renamed instead as perhaps "Guest Declaration" it would be great.
    As this prompts guest to enter all guest information we are able to pick up bookings where someone has added an extra guest.

  4. Improved owner portal on mobile devices

    Currently, it's not easy for owners to make owner bookings on a phone. It's hard to press and drag the date range. It would be easier to simply have a make a booking button. The dates could then be put in from a date picker. Any mobile optimisation for owner portals would be highly appreciated and take work away from reservations teams putting in owner bookings from owners who do not like using the portal on their phone.

  5. To disable custom dates for owner statements, via the owner portal

    Currently in the owner portal, if it is enabled to view owner statements: Owners can view the current month and make custom dates. It is important to the property to hide the current month until the statements are finalized. Is there a way to remove the custom date option and disable the owner being able to view the current month statement. Thank you!

  6. Enable use of a card swiper with tablet during digital check-in to capture their credit card number; vs manually typing it in.

    During the digital check in process guests are using a tablet. Step three requires a credit card, if they need to enter a new one in they have to manually enter it; and the drop down menu for the card expiration date is very difficult to get correct with fingers. It would be much more convenient to just have the guest swipe their card on the tablet. It would decrease check-in time as well.

    I would love colour coding for bookings EG owner (orange) owner friends (purple) return guests ( pink )

  8. Guest Portal Modification request

    Would be good for guests to be able to differentiate between Adults/children/infants when completing precheckin.

    Would also be helpful if this info automatically transferred to Guests tab.

    Currently a guest receives an email notifying them a document has been added to the portal.

    There needs to be choice to turn this feature off or send a no reply SMS to advise them.

    Guests end up receiving too many emails.

    In Job management it would be good if our maintenance personnel could use a portal to access there jobs when there on site from job to job, add photos and comments.

  14. Corporate Portal - List individual reservations under the Group Master booking

    In the corporate Portal, if there is a Group Master Reservation, it should be listed on the main page and then the individual reservations should be listed under a dropdown from the group master. At the moment it is very confusing as a group of 5 areas is listed 6 times (group and each individual area)

    Please add loyalty points to a guest profile when the bill is sent to a company. EG - when a bill is AR to Groupon, the guest still needs to earn their loyalty points for the value of the stay.

  20. Notification or Flag for Signed Digital Contracts

    I would like an additional status option which highlights the reservation in another colour to indicate when an agreement has been signed

    I would like an additional status option which highlights the reservation in another colour to indicate when an agreement has been signed. Currently there is no way to run a report or visually check who has signed their annual agreement (we have thousands to check) without going to individual reservations. We would like to change the status to another colour so that we can easily view the booking chart to see who has not yet signed or alternatively…
