Have icons for bedrooms and bathrooms on rooms/properties online
Our business type is holiday homes and apartments. We would love to add to the Sleep icon (number of people) other icons for bedrooms, bathrooms etc to show up on the booking page for individual areas/properties.

Disable New Reservation Types From Automatically Being Added To Triggered Correspondence
Whenever we add a reservation type, the new reservation type is automatically given access to all of our triggered correspondence.
If we forget to disallow the new reservation type on all of our existing triggered correspondence, customers get automatic emails from properties that they are not going to be staying at, making it a confusing experience for everyone.

I would like RMS Require an active CC on file in order for the guest to be checked in
It would be very helpful to have the option to require an active credit Card on file in order for the reservation to be checked in. This way we ensure we have a CC on file as they add charges to their account during their stay.

Weekly Arears Triggered Correspondence
Could we please add an action on the triggered correspondence that would allow us to send an email to everyone who are behind on their weekly rent.
We would like it to be based on the amount of weeks that they are on arears instead of the total dollar figure as the trigger point.

I would like 2nd deposits due to show on the Overdue Deposit List for Master Reservations.
Currently if the RMS reservation is listed as Master, the 2nd deposit is not showing, nor does the individual reservations show up on the Overdue Deposit Report. Could we either have a) Individual reservations on overdue deposit report or b) master reservation on overdue deposit report.

ETD - Departures
In/Out Movements
Have in the Departures section a box with the Estimated Time of Departure (ETD), rather than the ETA.
Then we can check if a late departure is arranged without having to go into each booking.1 vote -
Pre-checkin - better wording on buttons so guests don't worry that they are paying twice
Guest portal - pre-checkin - After guest accepts T&C's the button reads "Continue to payment" this has caused many guests to call saying they have paid and won't continue further, thus pre-check in is not completed. If the button read only "Continue" guests would reach the payment page which clearly states "Card details required for incidentals". This would save time for staff and guests.

Put the amount of times a guest has stayed back on the guest screen. Its a terrible idea having it under the stats icon.
You should be able to open the reservation and clearly see if it is a repeat guest.

Exclude Fixed Reservations from Inventory for Channels
I would like channel managers (booking.com) to look at fixed reservations and not include as available inventory for "Quote" reservations
Currently booking.com does not look at FIXED reservations when looking at inventory for available nights. Booking.com will still allow a "Quote" reservation and disregards bookings that are fixed and cannot be moved.

Out of order Notes to appear in owners portal (purple bar)
The ability for Out of Order Notes to appear in the owners portal so owner can see why their property is marked as out of order For example: carpet steam cleaning, external pressure wash or gutter cleans, etc ...

Ability to add hyperlink to SMS
It would be really good to be able to use hyperlinks within SMS correspondences, the ability to direct customers to web pages, T & C, pet policies, late arrival info, park maps, etc.
160 characters more than often is not enough to get the message across. cutting & pasting tiny URLs seems so old-fashioned for both us and the customer using a smart phone.3 votes -

Update RMS online Bookings
RMS online booking engine needs a refresh - urgently.
the shopping basket needs to be in view at all times, the process should be much more intuitive. has not changed in 2 years - time to get an update RMS please.

Lock Rates for FUTURE confirmed reservations when making rate table changes to Additionals
Currently. if you change the rate for Additionals in your Rate Tables, ALL Future confirmed reservations (in place at the time) will have the rate changed without notice OR warning the moment you check them in (which could be months later), EVEN though they were booked at another rate.
This issue virtually incapacitates our ability to change the rate for additionals. RMS should not be changing ANY rates instantly at check in without any notice or warning messages. Please correct this issue. Thank you!

Set Rate on Group on the RMS Internet Booking Engine
IBE Group Reservation correspondence has never worked properly
Since the IBE payment always goes on the Group Master but the charges remain on the sibling reservations, there are no options for Group Reservations to ever receive an accurate triggered correspondence that properly shows "balance owing" or "payment made." Sibling reservations will always show a zero payment made with a full balance, and group master will always show a negative balance owing due to a payment but no charges.
Please turn this into a job so this gets corrected - it has been an issue for many years with no reasonable…

Select Multiple Categories on the Internet Booking Engine Search
I would like RMS Book now button to be able to book more than one category in the first search..
Currently, if there is only 1 room type in the category that holds two people, and the number of people staying is 4 ADTs, the user has to add to cart and then do another search.

Guest Portal - Limit guest payments to IBE
Ability to have an option to limit only IBE reservations to make payments via the guest portal.
Currently, if your business is paid by an OTA after departure, guests from an OTA (Booking.com or Airbnb) login to the guest portal and do make payments which then causes a refund issue.
