Opt Out Option for Covid-19 in Guest Portal
The recent upgrades to the Pre - Check in feature in the guest portal are fantastic however I am disappointed the Covid -19 declarations are hard coded into the application.
I do not want my guests to fill out 20 questions on Covid- 19 on top of the normal confirmation of dates and details. I do not wish to seek any declarations from my guests about covid 19. Please give us the option to turn the covid 19 declarations on or off.
Pre check in should be an easy slick online process that guests will be happy to use and…

We are pleased to advise that the ability to disable the Guest Declaration Acknowledgement Questions & Contact Tracing form is now available in all versions of RMS.

Group Property Income Summary report by "Property Grouping"
Property Grouping is an attribute on Property Options.
Being able to group the Property Income Summary report by Property Grouping would save us a considerable amount of time. We run this report many times a month to monitor performance by brand or property group. Please add Property Grouping as an group by option for this report.

This update is available in RMS 9+ with Reports Version 1.20.49.0 or above and is currently in our Beta Environment to be included in a future RMS 9+ Live Release.

Add Remittance Details to the Pro-Forma Tax Invoice
quite often i get asked to email a customer an invoice for their stay before arrival so they can organise payment , i have been told by RMS support that currently we cant generate a pro-forma invoice with all our bank details on it.
1 voteWe are pleased to advise that property banking details will be displayed on the Proforma Tax Invoice. This update is now available in RMS 9+ with Reports Version #1.20.36 and above.
This version is currently in our Beta Environment and will be included in the next RMS 9+ Live Release.

it would be great if the inhouse Client list would print the acurate amount of inhouse clients even after midnight

We are pleased to advise that we have recently released an update to the In House Report in RMS 9+ which includes the ability to generate the report for all reservations currently in ‘Arrived’ status.
This feature is available in RMS 9+ Reports Version 1.20.39.0 or above which is currently in our Beta environment.
Generating the In House Report this way will give a true representation of all reservations that are not yet checked-out of the system even if their Departure Date & Time has passed.
The pre-existing option ‘Reservations In House On’ can continue to be used for projecting the reservations expected in house on a particular date and remains based on the Reservation Stay Dates & Times.

Guest Portal Field Display Enhancements
To be able to customise what is displayed on the guest portal - being able to remove date field, check in/out field, res status etc. We will be using the guest portal for our annuals/weekenders which are permanents and some have been in house for years and we all set the departure date to 10 years in the future so we would not want them to see the check in/out fields, dates, eta and res status as they are already inhouse and do not need to see this info, so require for these fields to be able to be removed/customised

Hold 'View By' Column when Scrolling Dates on the Rate Manager
When viewing a larger number of days on the Rate Manager Chart, scrolling right to view more dates currently hides the View By option selected.
Please make this Category/Channel/Rate column hold in place so that viewing dates after scrolling right users can still know what it is they are looking at without memorising the left column.

Message between users
The Message (Envelope Icon) or something similar that we can use internally to send a message to other RMS users through RMS,
Basically when they loginRMS a Message pops up on there screen informing them of whatever information we would like to tell them.1 vote -
Option to Show or Hide Decimals on the Rate Manager Chart
An option to show or hide the decimal points of the tariff. For properties that do not use decimal points all the .00 makes the screen very busy and hard to read.
As this screen is replacing Tariff/ATO Mgmt screen I will have no option to but to try and find my prices thru all the .00 on the screen. IT makes price management very hard.

Reservations Created via Interactive Map Set as 'Fixed = Yes'
When guests book online and choose a site/area/room via the map the field under Reservation Options of Fixed should be toggled to Yes. This will eliminate moving of guests if they selected a specific site/area/room and wouldn't want to be moved and automatically show who chose their spots on the booking chart.

Sort By Options on the Transfers Report
RMS9+ Sorting Transfer List Report.
Currently the report does not sort by any logical criteria.
Suggest adding a Sort By to the report search criteria page.

Why can't we email a rooming list straight from rooming list
Why can't we email a rooming list straight from rooming list. it is so time consuming building a rooming list, then saving it to the desktop and then emailing it from the email program and attaching the file. this is so stone ages.

Making "Split" non-compulsory
"Split" may be good for some but as a compulsory feature it fails dismally just by a guest parking in the wrong site. Already using work round of checking guests out early then remaking the booking. Some guests are now having a list of split sites 5 or 6 long.

This is currently an integral part of the online bookings process. For each reservation that drops into RMS, a confirmation email should be received from us or the Online Travel Agent depending on where the reservations has come from.
If you are not receiving these emails, we would recommend you check you RMSOnline setup or alternatively contact the help desk for assistance

Payment in advance to show paid to date on receipt
When a long term resident pays in advance, when printing a receipt it should show what date they are paid to.

The ability to search for a specific sized van site
It would be handy if we could do a quick search of sites that fit certain van sizes so I can have a look through what is available without scrolling through 200+ sites every time we take a booking.

We already have the perfect function available right now to assist you with your site sizes. By using attributes, you can group your sites into standard sizes and filter them on your booking chart. I have asked a support member to contact you to provide further assistance.

Drop down menu in made by field
When making a reservation in the made by field have a drop menu to select staff member who is making the booking rather than having to log on as difference users

to be able to email a report or rooming list directly from RMS
it would be great to be able to email a report or rooming list directly from RMS instead of having to export it first. it would a lot of time.

We have a new function called scheduled reports that will allow you to set a time for a report to run and send to an email address.
I will have someone from support give you a call and take you through this function.

The ability to move a client from one site to another but keep the same booking
We have a lot of clients that come in and want to change sites when one they like better becomes available, it would be handy to be able to move a portion of their booking to another site easily on the booking chart but hold the same booking, that way we wouldn't have to add in a new booking and alter their old one.

All 9+ calanders have now been fitted with the Today feature

we are unable to change dates in a group booking using the nights field, we have to change the date via the calendar.
it is frustrating that we are unable to change the dates in a group master booking using the nights field. the only way to change dates is via the calendar. you were able to do this in rms8.
