Guest Portal - need to have notification emails for any activity on the reservation by a guest
Love the idea of the Guest Portal, but it absolutely needs to have notification emails for any activity on the reservation by the guest.
It's essential that we get an email when there is a payment, change of date etc - otherwise the portal is currently useless to us and we can't use until there is communication to us of any changes, payments.
Would love to see improvements sooner than later to enable better use of the portal

GP-300 when completed will provide notification emails and/or messages for guest activity within the Guest Portal.
We will update this page once development commences and again once the feature is released.
In the meantime, we encourage you to vote on other suggestions that you would find of benefit or add any new suggestions you may have for ways we can continue to improve RMS products.
