Ability to Customise Covid Questions & Flagged Answers
Setup to determine if yes or no is flagged in response to COVID-19 statements
We have had a number of guests confused by the COVID-19 statements. Part of the problem is having to write negative questions to result in a positive response, as negative responses are flagged.
It would be helpful if we can determine whether a yes or no response is flagged for each individual question.
This would allow the questions to be re-written in a more natural way.

Hi
It would also be good to be able to edit or remove the questions that appear before the guest gets to the COVID questions eg traveling for leisure etcThese are useful at times but are currently not required and just add an extra step for the guest to complete, the ability to toggle these on and ff would be great.

Hi, The questions for the Covid pre check in are a bit confusing and guests are answering them wrong..
It would be easier if the questions were.
Have you been in contact with covid. No/YES
Have you been overseas in the past 14 days. NO/YES
etc.
And us being notified if the answer was YES. -

If we could change the questions so the valid answer is no and the flagged answer is yes and most guests instinctively say no, I have no fever etc.
