Allow PDF export of NPS Client Survey Report
The NPS Guest Survey Report is currently not able to be exported to PDF. As we manage four different parks, we want to be able to generate a monthly report of survey responses to discuss issues raised with our park managers either by email or in person with a printed report. Most other reports in RMS are able to be exported to a range of different file types so this should be available. While I understand it is an interactive report where you can click through to the reservation details, it would be great to have the option to export…

We are pleased to advise that the ability to export and schedule the NPS Report is now available in Reports version 1.18.285.0. This version is currently in the RMS 9+ RC environment and will be available in Live with the next Reports release.

Add 'Next Arrive Date' as Column Option on the Housekeepers Report
I would like an extra column in the Daily Housekeeping report that tells me when is the next check in for a particular room.
An extra column to daily housekeeping report - listing the next check in date for a departing room, would allow me to, at a glance, work out
cleaning schedule and staffing levels. Currently I manually do this and it is time consuming.4 votesWe are pleased to advise that the option to include the next arrival date of reservations on the Housekeepers Report is now available in RMS 9+ with Reports Version Version 1.20.36.0 and above.
This version is currently in our Beta Environment and will be included in the next RMS 9+ Live Release.

Add ETA Column & Sort By ETA to the Housekeepers Report
on housekeepers reporst, sort the Housekeepers List by ETA rather than by room number. Therego on busy days, housekeepers can clean according to demand rather than flicking back and forth figuring out what ones can be done last as they're not arriving till late or after hours even.

Re-configure Void Report
Like most hotel managers or FOMs, I look at the Void report daily to check if everything was legit. Currently, a large number of transactions, which are not true Voids, show up on this report. For example, if charges are transferred from one account to another, although the user clicks on the transfer buttons, RMS shows it as a Voided charge on the Void report. If there is a Group where charges were supposed to go to the group master, but didn't until departure for example, RMS transfers all relevant charges to the group master on request. Add Guest Nights to the Flash Report
Add Bed Nights Calculation to the Flash Report
Currently the MTD & FYTD Pax count values only show the pax count per booking. E.g. 2 pax stay 3 nights, this is counted as 2 pax, a bed nights calculation would show this as 6 pax.

Add Booking Source Filter to the Arrivals List Report
i would like a booking source filter added to the arrival list so i can specifically look at just one booking source
if you were able to filter out booking sources on an arrival list it would be handy cause you could then for example just bring up booking.com or direct bookings and check all the booking as up to date faster. By filtering you can look at just channels that pay direct instead of having to search through lists and lists of bookings.

Group Property Income Summary report by "Property Grouping"
Property Grouping is an attribute on Property Options.
Being able to group the Property Income Summary report by Property Grouping would save us a considerable amount of time. We run this report many times a month to monitor performance by brand or property group. Please add Property Grouping as an group by option for this report.

Add Remittance Details to the Pro-Forma Tax Invoice
quite often i get asked to email a customer an invoice for their stay before arrival so they can organise payment , i have been told by RMS support that currently we cant generate a pro-forma invoice with all our bank details on it.

it would be great if the inhouse Client list would print the acurate amount of inhouse clients even after midnight

We are pleased to advise that we have recently released an update to the In House Report in RMS 9+ which includes the ability to generate the report for all reservations currently in ‘Arrived’ status.
This feature is available in RMS 9+ Reports Version 1.20.39.0 or above which is currently in our Beta environment.
Generating the In House Report this way will give a true representation of all reservations that are not yet checked-out of the system even if their Departure Date & Time has passed.
The pre-existing option ‘Reservations In House On’ can continue to be used for projecting the reservations expected in house on a particular date and remains based on the Reservation Stay Dates & Times.

Sort By Options on the Transfers Report
RMS9+ Sorting Transfer List Report.
Currently the report does not sort by any logical criteria.
Suggest adding a Sort By to the report search criteria page.
Or at least the report should sort by time and date of the transfer1 vote
