Add Number of Guests to the History & Forecast Report
Please add adults (or people) to the History and Forecast report
As a large scale marina - we use the adults field for linear footage and need to be able to see how much we have sold OTB looking forward and also want the statistics for going backwards. I would expect that those using this for a hotel etc would find it helpful also to be able to see adults/people OTB to predict cover counts/food and beverage staffing etc.

Include Requirements in Total on the Quoted Rate
Add a Total amount with requirements/extras to the reservation screen
Add a Total amount with requirements to the account screen so that you can easily quote the guests their projected total stay and bill correctly upon arrival. Right now it is a manual calculation

Setup SMS Templates Per Property (Same as Form Letters)
We are an enterprise database and want our users only to see their own correspondence. Currently when a new SMS is created it attaches to all security profiles and there is no option to opt in or out of that. (which you can do with form letters/correspondence)

Add ID Icon to Guest Profile if Photo ID Uploaded in the Guest Portal
Show if photo ID has been uploaded to the guest portal on a reservation
I need to be able to see whether a guest has uploaded photo ID on a reservation, it is to many steps to click through client area and edit, how do i know if it has been uploaded without continually clicking in all the reservations and clicking on client etc.

Increase font size of Name & Address on Receipts
Since the upgrade the fonts appear small
When the receipt is placed in the envelope very hard to read the name due to the small font.4 votesThank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
REPORTS-7812 to improve the display of name & address for windowed envelopes is now under consideration for inclusion in future development.

Add Search by Guest Name to Balance Transfer and Charge Transfer
Ability to search guest names in credit and balance transfer function
I would like the ability to search for guest firts name and last name in the credit and balance transfer functions to avoid having to first seperatly find the account number and then come back to this function to perform the transfer.

Add Next Arrival in Area on the Clean Screen Task View
See next arrival on task view, so that we can allocate prioritized rooms
on the clean screen it would be great to see next arrival on the task view, this would make it easier to allocate prioritized rooms to staff.
we can now see it in the area view, but we need to write down the rooms to prioritize before switching to task view to allocate

Guest Portal
Pre Check In > Mandatory information
Infants are required to enter a mobile number and email address or pre check in cannot proceed.
Functionality is required to turn this requirement off.
More functionality is also required for managers to choose the information the require.

I would like a text message notification when the MFI processor stops running
I would like a notification via text message as well as email when the MFI Processor stops running. Lately the MFI processor has been dropping out at night (power outages etc) when emails are not monitored. It would enable us to fix the issue before guests call us that they are not able to get through the boom gates.

Different categories of "Out of Order" sites
It would be nice to have the ability to create different categories of out of order sites. Our property locks sites for a variety of reasons, and having the option to lock sites under different out of orders would be very useful. At the very least having the option to modify colors for individual Out of Order sites on the booking chart.

We are a current client who would like to have the ability to utilise the available Gift Card functionality in RMS with our existing payment gateway - CBA.

Ability to add hyperlink to SMS
It would be really good to be able to use hyperlinks within SMS correspondences, the ability to direct customers to web pages, T & C, pet policies, late arrival info, park maps, etc.
160 characters more than often is not enough to get the message across. cutting & pasting tiny URLs seems so old-fashioned for both us and the customer using a smart phone.3 votes -
Update RMS online Bookings
RMS online booking engine needs a refresh - urgently.
the shopping basket needs to be in view at all times, the process should be much more intuitive. has not changed in 2 years - time to get an update RMS please.
Our main complaint from guests - booking engine is TERRIBLE3 votes -
Allow limits to be set on how many bookings can be taken for a particular rate plan
If we set up a package to sell rooms + tickets to an onsite event, we really need the option to limit the total number of bookings we take on this rate plan, as we may only have 10 tickets available to the event (for example).
Currently we can set an allotment to limit the number of bookings per day, but no way to set a total limit at a rate plan level.

Add a new reservation status called "Postponed"
Add a new reservation status called "Postponed" for reservations that are not cancelled but postponed and new dates are not yet decided on by the guest and any deposits held stay held on the original reservation accomm accounts until such a time the guest selects new dates and the res becomes confirmed again

Simplified Replace Guest Tool for Group Reservations
Currently, when adding guest names to room numbers as part of a group, we can use either the Quick Add, Replace Guest, or set primary methods to change from the original names on the group res.
The Quick add method is great, love it. However, we still need to delete each of the original names in the group res (usually the booker's name or the group name).
Suggestion:
Have tick boxes next to each name so users can simply tick the old names to be deleted at one go, rather than having to delete them individually.3 votesThank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.

Add Stock Sub Category as a Build Option on the Stock Control Report
I would like to be able to print Stock Control Reports by Sub Category as well as Stock Category
TO be able to sort by Sub Categories would allow easier manual inventories of Stock categories instead of entire departments

Move Location of "Book Via Interactive Map" button
When using the mobile version of the RMS IBE website, you do not see the "Book via Interactive Map" button unless you tap on the "Tap to modify reservation" option at the top. Customers have a hard time finding this unless we instruct them or they stumble across it on accident. Customers love to pick their site and this would make it a lot easier for them if the button was more visible when the results first loaded.
