Initial booking screen requires the same order as Field Maintenance setup.
When putting in client reservation details. we start putting in their surname and then after putting in their street address it jumps back to surname.

Please note that the order set in Field Maintenance will now remain for new Clients as part of the Enhanced Client Smart Search.
This is available in RMS9 Version 9.1.930.0

I wish the problem was solved. Seems to me the computer should be smart enough to do a guest search regardless of the order of the listing. The client reservation details should be in the order as established in the field maintenance and the search screen should be able to deal with it without jumping fields. This really screws up the operator especially during really busy times.

Hi Margie I had this problem when I was tabbing to the next field. I now use the down arrow and whilst it still jumps back to the surname (because it is getting out of the search fields presumably) I know to keep arrowing until I am at the address line. I like how RMS brings up the names of guests who have stayed previously so I can live with it! Problem solved!
