This is not a question but a suggestion for something that would make the system better. It would be good if we could look at the Audit Trail on an individual reservation and see if the Tax Invoice has actually been e-mailed.
You suggestion has now been completed in the current test version RMS9. It will be become available fro use in the coming weeks

A Receptionist at a busy front office desk is continually interrupted with telephone calls, housekeeping queries and guests requiring assistance, so if in the process of checking out, can lose track as to whether or not the invoice was actually emailed. Many clients do not require hard copies, but they do want e-mailed invoices. If the receptionist is unsure of whether she has e-mailed the invoice and e-mails it again, this can cause problems with clients assuming that they have been charged twice. It would be helpful if we could see on the Audit Trail that the email had been transmitted.
