We are pleased to advise that your suggestion has now been scheduled into a future development cycle.
RNP-10041 when completed will provide users the ability to record and track lost property in RMS and the RMS Staff Portal.
We will update this page once development commences and again once the feature is released.

Under Utilities -> Direct Payments -> Charge Credit Card works great to bulk charge guests. But an on and off toggle for "Apply Credit Card Transaction Fee" would make it even better. Right now we apply a credit card transaction fee to all reservations, but not to water and electric charges. The ability to turn off the credit card transaction fee (by security profile - managers and above) would be very helpful. Thanks for speeding up our operations!
