I would like the ability to add or remove overbooking privileges within security profiles.
Would like for general admin/managers to have the ability to turn off/on overbooking privileges within security profiles making them unable to override an overbooking situation.

Currently available in RMS 9+ is the ability to setup a Security Profile for user groups to prevent or allow the overbooking of a Property. This option works in conjunction with the setting on the Property setup to not allow Property Overbooking.

Ability to allocate routing on rooms prior to guest check in for accomm and incidentals
If anyone has used Opera they will know how good the routing function is. It would save so much time operationally if we could automatically route certain charges to certain rooms.

automatic check out
Have the option for an automatic Check out If a booking is not manually checked out by someone within a time frame. we only really have a check out for our built accommodation.

Currently available in RMS 9+ is the ability to setup Auto Check-out for reservations with no outstanding account balances.
This option when used will automatically set reservations with an ‘Arrived’ status to ‘Departed’ once the Departure Date & Time set on the reservation have passed when there are no outstanding balances on the reservation accounts.

Export the booking chart to excel
I would like to be able to export the booking chart to enable me to see the low booked areas withing management meetings.

Currently available is the ability to generate a Booking Chart Report which can be exported to Excel or PDF as required.
For your scenario you may prefer the Pace Report to have a visual overview of nights sold and revenue across a wide date range in graph form.

I would like to have "pet field" on RMS IBE to have an option to be mandatory or not.
We would like to be able to track if a guest is bringing more than the 2 dogs that we allow per motorcoach/lot.

Ability to store a 2nd credit card
Ability to store a second credit card in the guest profile screen for incidentals.

WiFi Network and Password as a merged field for Form Letters
Have WiFi Network and WiFi Password as a field which can be merged into Form Letters to be automatically populated when generating emails to send to guests regarding their arrival and in-suite features.
WiFi passwords have become a basic necessity and for security purposes vary by suite. This information is very easily stored in apartment descriptions and if added as a merge-able field can be easily shared and included in correspondence.

Can we have customised wording when tax invoices are sent out via email;?
Perhaps, please see attached tax invoice, we hope you enjoy your stay, review us on www.. etc etc

Ability to set up fortnightly Repeat Reservation
We have workers who are on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off roster allocated to permanent rooms. At the moment I have go in each month & copy the reservation for the next few swings. Repeat Reservation currently has the option to set up a frequency of daily, weekly or monthly but not fortnightly. Having this option would be a great time saver!

Currently available via the Repeat Reservation feature is the ability to setup recurring reservations at any required frequency.
The example of repeating fortnightly can be achieved by selecting ‘Every’ ‘Second’ ‘Week’ and is outlined in the below Help Centre article.

2 way SMS - virtual mobile number to show Company Name
We have just switched over to 2 way sms and had expected the recipients of our txts to see our company name rather than the random +61 mobile number. So they can see who the message is coming from rather than thinking it a random spam. This is a service commonly used by many companies that send out txts to their clients or database. Apparently RMS 9+ doesn't currently have this functionality?

Restrict Access to RMS by IP Address
It would be a nice security feature if we could limit the IP addresses people can use to login to RMS. We had an employee download guest details from their home recently.

Can you please change or remove the large RMS pop up window flagging the training website, as an option can we customise this for our staff
We have been seeing the large training window on opening RMS for awhile now. Would be great to change or customise for staff. Thanks

Currently available in RMS is the ability to add or remove a custom Startup Image. In doing so, the RMS image with information on important features will show for users once per day.
The current startup image for RMS is regarding the new Help Centre and is running until all customers are comfortable with the changeover from the previous Knowledge Base which is being retired.

Changing status from dirty to clean in an easier way
It would be great if you could right click on a room and change it to clean as opposed to having to go and tick it off in the clean screen.

Online Group Reservations
To be able to make a group reservations that has different number of guests each room.
e.g.
1st room - 2 adults
2nd room - 2 adults and 1 child
3rd room - 3 adults1 voteThank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve.
Currently available on the RMS IBE is the ability to allow Group Reservations. When this option is enabled the guest can select ‘Add Additional Booking’ which will give the guest the ability to search and book for a different number of guests based on the search criteria they enter.
When completing the online booking process, the reservation will be created in RMS with the corresponding guest numbers.

I would like a function to round-up dynamic pricing
Dynamic pricing often results in rates with odd cents, it would be good if the dynamic rates could be rounded-up to the nearest dollar. I believe that there is a "round-up" function in set-up, but this works globally and also effects rates for bookings coming from ota's etc. so cannot be used??

Currently available in RMS 9+ is the ability to set Rates to Round to the Nearest Dollar. This option will ensure that any Derived Rate Adjustments or Dynamic Pricing Adjustments that would result in a decimal value are rounded.
Using this option ensures that Rates in RMS are whole dollar amounts and will result in the rounded values being sent to any connected channels. This rounding applies to the Base Rate in RMS leaving any adjustments on a reservation from Discounts or Travel Agent Commissions as required.

Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
Currently available in RMS 9+, Triggered Correspondence can be setup to send at the time of Reservation Confirmation.
When a Receipt is applied to the Reservation Account RMS will change the Reservation Status to ‘Confirmed’ which will then trigger this letter or SMS to be sent based on the options selected in setup.

Housekeeper Noticiations
Would be great to have automated notifications set up for the Housekeepers when new bookings are received for the properties to which they are allocated. We are a holiday home company who contract out to two different cleaning companies and this feature would save us having to check with them to see whether they have seen a new booking drop in on the bookings chart they have access to.

Hi would love to be able to print a report each day for the boom gate access codes for all inhouse guests. This would assist all staff
