I would like you to look Spliting group bookings
I had a group booking & needed to pull 2 rooms out under another name to send to be paid by a 2nd party. Can we have this capability added.

Currently available in RMS 9+ is the ability to split a reservation out from a Group Reservation.
To do this, open the Group Reservation and go to the Area tab, select the required reservation and choose the button ‘Remove from Group’.

Would there be a chance of having the rack/BAR rate come up on the availability chart?

Currently available in RMS 9+ is the option to display the BAR/Rack Rate Type on the Availability Chart.
To enable this option, go to the Availability Chart, select ‘Options’ and select the checkbox ‘Show Rate’ then Save/Exit to confirm the changes.

A stack of reports which are specific to change of ownership of a property
A stack of reports that relate to change of ownership that are grouped together in RMS. Or otherwise a knowledge base article that shows what the most useful reports are with a brief description why.

I would like to be able to set cancellation policies to specific reservations or clients to help better manage special event and high demand
I would like to be able to set cancellation policies on specific reservations or with specific clients to assist in managing particular periods of high demand - we can't always manage this with the cancellation on the tariff type and currently use outlook reminders to manage checking on some reservations. It's great being able to set cancellation policies for specific tariffs - but I'd like a few more options.

Currently available in RMS 9+ is the ability to apply a Cancellation Policy directly to a specific reservation that will override any set on the selected Rate Type.
For further advancements to this feature, you may wish to subscribe to and vote on the below suggestion for including automated Cancellation Fees with a Cancellation Policy.

Create the option to have a housekeeping task not occur within a particular time frame
Create the option to have a housekeeping task not occur within a particular time frame. For example, if the task falls within 48 hrs of departure the task will not generate in report.

Currently available in RMS 9+ is the ability to setup Housekeeping Tasks with an ‘On Average Of’ Frequency. Using this feature will enable the task in your scenario to be set in such a way that it evens out across the length of stay as many times as neccessary and can be set in a way that would also not go so close to the departure date.

RV Resort/Campground in need of repeating charges to have a yearly option. Not just daily, weekly, monthly
We are in need of repeating charges to have a yearly option. Not just daily, weekly and monthly. This would be an absolute miracle for us to have for our long term residents and long term rentals. We have to have this option to show up on our reporting needs. Our facility is mainly long term and not to be able to have a yearly option is just not a good thing. We would love to have a work around if this can't be an option.

View email body.
When sending out correspondance - occasionally we need to edit an email to add the charge for a rollaway bed, cot etc which we can do however. We want to be able to view our correspondance. At the moment you can only view the attachment but you can't edit the attachment so in this case it wouldn't help to swap them around.

Currently available in RMS 9+ when sending PDF Form Letters is the ability to preview and edit both the PDF attachment and the email body.
After selecting the Form Letter and choosing ‘Open’, two tabs will appear in the editor. One will show the PDF attachment and the other is the Email Body from setup.
Both of these can be customised prior to emailing if required.

Additional EDM Filer
This is a request for another EDM Filter in RMS please. When booking holiday guests in RMS because we have a business relationship with these guests, they are automatically opted in to marketing under the soft opt in. They then contact us if they would like to opt out of all marketing, or just marketing by email, post or telephone. To change the labels go to Setup > Property Options > Labels.
To display these on Guest Details, go to Setup > Users > Field Maintenance.

Creating recurring bookings
It would be nice to be able to create recurring bookings. For example we have a guest who stays every 4 weeks on a thursday so we add these in manually. it would be nice if we could set these to auto propagate in the same way that recurring appointments work in outlook.

Tariff_less_deposit command
When sending out Tentative bookings and Confirmations there is no command to have the Tariff take off the amount from the discount, only to show how much off they are getting then have the guests work it out

Wholesaler Merge Field In Form Letter
When creating a Form Letter for a travel agent or wholesaler there does not appear to be a Wholesaler merge field to select, yet there is a Travel Agent merge field.
Considering the fact you can select Travel Agent or Wholesaler when setting up either in the Travel Agent module, it would make sense to be able to select the Wholesaler merge field when creating a form letter.1 voteThank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.

Sliding rates
We own a resort. It would be beneficial to have a setting that adjusts pricing from our base based on how days. For instance, lets say our base rate is $200. But if it is 45 days or less I would want to have my base rate have a 15% discount to try to fill those days. Then lets say when it gets to 21 days or less I would want to have an additional 15% discount. Again, the goal is to not have empty rooms. I need a way to make it easy to adjust the rates on a…

Currently available in RMS 9+ is the ability to setup Advance Purchase & Last Minute Derived Rates.
In your scenario I would recommend setting up at least one Advanced Purchase Rate and including Dynamic Pricing by Occupancy to have those automatic fluctuations in rate to maximise occupancy.
Setting the Dynamic Pricing by Occupancy on the Base Rate to give that first discount to guests when occupancy is under a certain percentage and then adding the Advance Purchase Derived Rates to further decrease the rate for early bookers.

Please add Hotel Bonanza to channel manager. They are a new OTA taking less commission

We need a default Bill to: tab under Travel Agent just like there is under Company.
We need a default Bill To: tab under Travel Agent just like there is under Company. Then when you are setting up a TA you only need to set up the Bill To: field once so when it comes to guest check out, it is already pre-set and staff can not miss allocating it to the correct place it is meant to be sent to. Online Booking home page 'Caravan Type ' & "Caravan Length"
Online Booking home page 'Caravan Type ' & "Caravan Length" wording confuses many customers who are booking with a tent.
The issue could be rectified simply by changing to:
Caravan/Tent Type & Caravan/Tent Size
We have daily phone calls from guests who are confused by this which wastes our time and resources when RMS could be handling these bookings.1 voteThank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
To update the wording seen by your prospective guests for the Caravan Type & Caravan Length fields, in RMS 9+ go to Setup > Property Options > Labels > System and update the ‘Dwelling’ system label to be ‘Caravan/Tent’ or any other label you may wish to use that is more relevant to your guests. This will then be reflected on your RMS Online Booking pages as well as throughout RMS.

Print OTA Notes
It would be nice to be able to print OTA notes using the Report Writer.
I have been told that you can print Reservation notes and Guest notes and almost any other notes but no OTA notes......wonder why ?1 voteThank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.

Merge field into the subject line of our form letter emails eg. Res number easier to refer to the booking when guest reply.
It would make it easier to refer to a booking by Reservaton number as some guests respond with little information on their email, eg. no surnames, different email accounts etc.

Book Now Button to display number of rooms/apartments left for that category
This creates a sense of urgency to book, and a fear of missing out. Booking.com always does this to encourage bookings.

Property Name on Owner Statements subject line.
