Enhance the RMS emails sent for Booking.com bookings. They need more information
Currently these emails provide no information on the change that has taken place.
The emails need to clearly state the original booking details, the modifications that have been made, and a credit card number if the credit card has been updated in Booking.com.
If the guest has updated their credit card details, this new card needs to integrate into RMS.
Also, the subject line is the same for all "Booking.com Modification". This means the emails become grouped as one email in our email accounts. The Booking ID should be in the subject line to make the emails unique.
Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
Currently available from RMS are Booking.com modification emails that includes the original Guest Name, Arrive & Depart Dates as well as the individual fields that have been modified and what they were changed to.
