Triggered Correspondence - Option to send only to Email 1 field
An option somewhere in the setup to only send out triggered correspondence to the 'Email 1' field. Sometimes the 'Email 2' field is used for travel booker details and/or third party email addresses.

If the Booker Contact field was available to enter new email addresses from the reservation screen this would negate the need to use the Email2 field
