Add Voucher Number to the Email Subject Line for Tax Invoices
Auto Add Voucher No (PO#) to subject line when emailing invoices from account screen
Some Travel Management Companies now require their reference number in the subject line of the invoice email. As the email automates when sending invoices on checkout we do not have an option of customising the email subject line. This sometimes creates a delay in payment.

Due to the overwhelming feedback on this feature following our recent Live release we have had to make the difficult decision to reverse the changes made for this user suggestion and remove the Voucher Number from the email subject line for Tax Invoices.
We recognise this may come as a disappointment and we endeavour to re-introduce this feature at a later stage in a way that does not impact users who do not wish to include the Voucher Number in the email subject line.
Thank you for taking the time to log your feedback in the RMS User Suggestion Box.
We appreciate your valuable feedback and look forward to introducing exciting new features from our user suggestions in the coming months.
Kind Regards,
RMS Product Development
