Red Listed Previous Guest - No longer allowed at park - Make Guest Account Inactive
Would like if a previous guest is Red Listed (not welcome back) for system to not let them book online. These would me already marked as red listed in system.
This could be an option to mark their whole guest account "Inactive" my management. This way they don't get emails that are blasted out or any communications.
Also, In/Out Screen - need to see red if someone is red listed as it is on the guest search. If you make a reservation and see it in the In/Out Movements screen it is not red. It sure would be great to see that quickly to make sure we don't allow a reservation to sit for a while and then all the sudden see it once making their tags for the week or reviewing emails. This should be caught right away.
This would be a great enhancement idea! Hope more agree.
