Limit remote access to RMS to be enabled to certain users and not others.
Currently all users can access RMS remotely provided that they an active user name and password. This function should be limited to managers rather than all staff.

This is "currently available" but it's not really. I tried to set this up with RMS via only allowing certain static IPs to access RMS, but the developers mentioned that hardly anybody uses this feature because of all the complications. RMS should re-evaluate this and come up with a more simple and effective solution. Maybe easier said than done but worth the effort because this really is a big security issue.

Thankyou RMS for the response but if we lock it down to a specific IP address this would limit our park Managers\Owners from access while not on site. Reason for not being onsite could be endless, one of the reasons would be actually being on holiday. You may suggest a VPN but this is introducing complexity into something that maybe an easy feature. While we are being mobile our IP address cannot be static so this will have its limitations to your workaround.
We think that being able to set time restrictions on users would be great and others may feel the same. example would be
user 'x' login time 8am till 7pm Monday to Friday.Thanks Werri Beach Holiday Park

This is a very good suggestion and would alleviate some of my concerns on control issues of RMS.
