RMS User Suggestions enables RMS customers to add new feature suggestions they would find of benefit as well as vote on suggestions made by other customers.

All feedback is actively monitored by RMS Product Development with the highest voted suggestions reviewed for inclusion in a future development cycle.

The more votes a suggestion receives by customers the sooner it goes for consideration into a future development cycle.

  4. I would like guests to select to pay deposit by bank transfer or Credit card

    I would like guests to select to pay deposit by bank transfer or Credit card. If credit card is selected and deposit taken, booking is confirmed. If guest selects bank transfer their booking is pending until changed by hotel when money is seen in the bank account.

    SMS 2 way having an automatic reply trigger for after hours. For example, Front Office is closed from 4p-7a, during that time if a guest texts the number, they receive an automatic reply stating what the property would like to let the guest know. Example, "Thank you for reaching out to us. Our office is currently closed but for any emergencies or immediate needs, please call XXX-XXX-XXXX. Thank you!" Also, being able to hyperlink property website and TripAdvisor links into text messages.

  7. Implement a quicker way to review and update property rate rules across multiple properties

    The current interface to review and update property rate rules is quite tedious to use when reviewing and updating changes to multiple rates across multiple properties.

    A cleaner interface needs to be developed where you can view and update the details in a table across multiple properties, similar to how rate adjustment are updated.

  8. I would like PENCIL reservations not to create client profiles.

    At parks we want to be able to hold a spot on the booking chart for a limited amount of time (like pencil res), however we don't want to create a client profile as we haven't collected the persons details yet... and they haven't booked with us before. Example, Steve calls and all we know is his first name and mobile. As we have first name, surname, mobile and email as mandatory fields.. when a pencil res is made we are unable to complete the details.   11. Prevent guests receiving check in information if credit card details / bond have not been processed

    We send a TC 24 hours before arrival with home access information. If a bond has not been processed guests still receive this.

    A tickbox to choose if they receive this without a bond processed would be excellent for security reasons

  14. Red Listed Previous Guest - No longer allowed at park - Make Guest Account Inactive

    Would like if a previous guest is Red Listed (not welcome back) for system to not let them book online. These would me already marked as red listed in system.

    This could be an option to mark their whole guest account "Inactive" my management. This way they don't get emails that are blasted out or any communications.

    Also, In/Out Screen - need to see red if someone is red listed as it is on the guest search. If you make a reservation and see it in the In/Out Movements screen it is not red. It sure would be great to…

  19. The IBE isnt user friendly on tablet devices

    On a tablet or IPAD or PC with less than 15" screen the next step after adding a room selection is not obvious to the user as the "Book now" or Continue button or Cart symbol is not visible unless you return to the very top of the page. According to help via a service request this is because the "banner/header" takes up too much space on the device hiding further selections. Yet on a smaller Android phone the book now stays visible while scrolling and works perfectly.

  20. Add the Pax 920 Scanner to RMS & POSlite as compatable scanners and printers

    It is very off putting and crazy for us to chose a credit card merchant partner through RMS. Then have limited choices of the credit card readers. Pay extra for those readers and those readers not be comaptible with the RMS for barcode scanners and printers.
