Update the Requirements screen to show a Status column
It would be very helpful to show the Status of a requirement (e.g. Finished, Outstanding etc) as a column on the Requirements screen (both the actual requirements screen and the requirements at the bottom of a reservation). Otherwise you have to click on each requirement to open it to check it's status.

Traces
Currently there is no visual differentiation in the reservation tab to for both traces and requirement. it will be great if an additional column can be added so the user know which one has been loaded

Remove special characters from Owner Bank Details field.
Remove the ability to use special characters in the Owners Bank Account filed. We recently experienced a ABA file constantly failing when uploading to the bank. The only error we were getting was a line had to many characters. After hours and hours of editing down the characters in this field, we found one stray apostrophe. The bank cannot accept this character.

the function to auto-generate an invoice when the booking is made (and save it for portal access by a guest)
It would be great to have the functionality to auto-generate an invoice when a booking is made.
Basically that it generates, creates that invoice number and is then saved in the reservation (similar to building one now and choosing print, and when you want to view or save it).
Then once the invoice is generate, guests can access it via their guest/client portal.
This would streamline processes immensely and save guests needing to request an invoice, but not have it emailed.

Visual status on to do chart
Right now when we open the To Do Chart its very hard to visualize if a task has already been completed or if it is still pending.
It would be great if the completed tasks would be crossed over or change color. Same thing for overdue tasks.

Portal link able to be sent to added guests on a reservation and to have their own account not reservation account
We are a ride park which requires all adult guests to agree to and sign their own legal documents before arrival at the park. Also these additional guests would need their own account to pay for their own riding fees etc
We cannot use the additional guest feature in RMS reservations because it sends the link to the main guests portal not the additional guests portal and does not allow for them to have their own account

I would like 2nd deposits due to show on the Overdue Deposit List for Master Reservations.
Currently if the RMS reservation is listed as Master, the 2nd deposit is not showing, nor does the individual reservations show up on the Overdue Deposit Report. Could we either have a) Individual reservations on overdue deposit report or b) master reservation on overdue deposit report.

Make Tour bookings sit in chronological order
Currently, a guest’s tours in their Tour Desk are not displayed in chronological order, which can make it difficult to provide a clear itinerary and can lead to confusion when sending form letters populated with this information. It would be very helpful if all tours within a guest’s Tour Desk were automatically listed chronologically by date and time, so that any correspondence or form letters populated with these details would show the itinerary in the correct sequence. This would improve clarity for both staff and guests, reduce manual adjustments, and ensure a seamless overview of the guest’s planned activities.

Recalculate Future Rates Utility by reservation status
Recalculate Future Rates utility doesn’t have a way to distinguish between Confirmed and Unconfirmed reservations. This makes it not useful as we take many reservations one year in advance, prior to rates being set for the following year, and we put those reservations in Unconfirmed status. Reservations coming in via IBE/other are Confirmed status. Once rates are set and we are ready to send deposit request emails, we want to recalculate the rates but only to Unconfirmed reservations. Currently we cannot do that have must manually recalculate rates for each reservations.
