    Why is this still a issue? Five years is a LONG time.... This has been requested by many for years. When a guests cancel a reservation it takes 5 steps! YES 5!!!! 1. VOID Charge, 2. Cancellation Charge, 3. Return monies, 4. Send cancellation letter and 5 Change the status to CANCEL. When busy the final step does not get done and I miss out on renting the site out because it is not found until the day of and they do not show... Most of this should be automatic by the system....

    With technology as it is, wouldn't it be nice to have staff with key cards that they swipe to make a sale or a reservation? Managers have the same thing to override things. That would be fast, easy and efficient!
