RMS User Suggestions enables RMS customers to add new feature suggestions they would find of benefit as well as vote on suggestions made by other customers.

All feedback is actively monitored by RMS Product Development with the highest voted suggestions reviewed for inclusion in a future development cycle.

The more votes a suggestion receives by customers the sooner it goes for consideration into a future development cycle.

For assistance with using RMS visit the RMS Help Centre or go to Help > Service Requests in RMS and log a new Service Request.

  1. 'Hot deal' or "flames" to highlight sale periods on RMS online booking page.

    Just like 'Wotif'' and other sites can we have our booking page online tariff results highlighted when we reduce our tariff for a short period of time as in a sale. So prospective guests can see they are getting a bargain.

    The ability to setup a ‘Sale’ which will display on RMS IBE is available in RMS 9+ on the Rate Manager Chart.

  2. Please re-size the electricity statements to fit on A5 paper as they used to in RMS8.

    Printing on A4 is such a waste of paper as the existing format in RMS9 only misses the mark by 2 lines.
    If the margins were adjusted it appears A5 would not be a problem.

    Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS 9+.

    Available in RMS 9+ Version 10.18.124.1 and later is the ability to assign a paper size to printable items when using Smart Printing. This includes the ability to assign A5 as a paper size for Statements whilst using Smart Printing reduces the number of user clicks.

  3. Bulk Email Statements, similar to batch invoice run.

    At the moment you can only email statements by individually going into each account. The ability to email all statements to clients each month via a batch or bulk will save a lot of time.

    Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS 9+.

    We are pleased to advise that an option has been added to the Corrections menu on Accounts in RMS providing the ability to select and Void multiple Sundry Charges. This option is currently available in RMS 9+ Version 10.17.103.3 or later.

    Further enhancements to this feature have been scheduled for a future development cycle to include other Charge Types & Account Types.
