Merging duplicate Company and Travel Agent Profiles
There needs to be a button to be able to Merge Duplicate Company and Travel Agent Profiles. It is very difficult to get an accurate assessment of a companies production when there is more than one profile.

Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS 9+.
We are pleased to advise that your suggestion has now been scheduled into a future development cycle.
When completed, RNP-15205 will provide users the ability to merge duplicate company and travel agent records.
We will update this page once development commences and again once the feature is released.
In the meantime, we encourage you to vote on other suggestions that you would find of benefit or add any new suggestions you may have for ways we can continue to improve RMS products.

Ability to merge Company and Travel Agents already existing in RMS. Though is a user can have the ability to change the supplier type - move company to Travel Agent and then merge duplicate Travel Agents.

Would like to be able to merge guest when needed as well. Some merge and some don't since they have active accounts those don't merge. Would this be an enhancement that could be made as well to this request? Or can we make another one?

I am slightly concerned, all the staff from all Quest have to do this right, groups are still getting over written to weird things, guest information are still being stored in the wrong places.. after about a year

What happens if the company uses different Travel agents - does this imply a list of travel agents against the company and vice-versa

Is there any further development on this? It would be fantastic! just like we can merge Guest profiles we should be able to do the same with Company and Travel agent profiles.
