Corporate Portal - Add Credit Card Token Creation with Payment Gateways
Add the ability for Companies and Travel Agents to securely enter their credit card information in the Corporate Portal when using a payment gateway and have this create a CC Token in RMS.

Custom Labels for Fields in the Guest Portal
We need the ability to rename the fields in Guest Portal. We need to use the "common terms" we already use in our Form Letters and all our communication to guests in the Guest Portal as well. Customizing the name to fit our needs will avoid any confusion.
For example, instead of "Booking Confirmation Number", we'd like it to be "NISADE Reference No." because this is what's in all of our correspondences (form letter, email, etc.).

Guest Portal Add Attachments
Within the guest portal could there be an added feature of guest uploading a copy of their identification?

Ability for Guests to Upload Multiple Forms of Photo ID on the Guest Portal
Need ability to upload more than one photo and choose the type of Photo ID on guest portal
Good idea to ask guests to upload a photo ID, but don't necessarily need passport. Would be good for properties to specify the type of photo ID needed, eg driver's licence, Also need the ability for guests to upload more than one photo on the Guest Portal. Currently they can only upload one photo, and the "add" a photo button in the Client page.

Ability to mark Guest Portal Messages as 'Actioned'
Have a done/ tick box for the guest portal messages .
When multiple users are responding to messages via the guest portal a tick to show it has been done or is being dealt with would be good - similar to outlook, which we use the done tick when responding to emails, to save an unprofessional double up .
At the moment the only way we can stop this is to archive the message , which is not a terrific option as it would be good to see the messages dealt with and find them quickly.8 votesThank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.

Pre-checkin - better wording on buttons so guests don't worry that they are paying twice
Guest portal - pre-checkin - After guest accepts T&C's the button reads "Continue to payment" this has caused many guests to call saying they have paid and won't continue further, thus pre-check in is not completed. If the button read only "Continue" guests would reach the payment page which clearly states "Card details required for incidentals". This would save time for staff and guests.

Pre Check In > Mandatory information
Infants are required to enter a mobile number and email address or pre check in cannot proceed.
Functionality is required to turn this requirement off.
More functionality is also required for managers to choose the information the require.

Availability Chart on Corporate Portal
We would like to have an availability chart accessible to for agents so they can easily see where the gaps may be in availability. Right now there is no easy way for them to do this, other than to constantly adjust dates until they find availability. It could look like the Availability Chart we have access too or a simple booking chart.
We want to make the Corporate Portal as easy to use and informative as possible to help generate more bookings through our Agent partners.2 votes -

Option to download guest ID from profile
Would be good if we could download/open the guest photo ID from the client profile. If it has been scanned or uploaded as a small image it is almost impossible to see the details on it.

enable notification of changes made in owner portal (by owners)
With the ability to allow owners to edit their contact details, emails address etc in within the portal, it would be good to have notification of these changes through the messaging system.
For example, we maintain an owner email distribution list external to RMS, so would need to have updates if owners adjusted their email address in the portal.
The functionally already exists for notifications of activity in the guest/client portal, so it would be great to have this enabled for the Owner Portal.

Completed tasks marked as clean in staff portal to move to a different tab
Currently, we have only two options: incomplete or complete. After we inspect a room and mark it as clean, it would be beneficial if the room could be moved to a separate tab. This adjustment would help us more easily identify which rooms still need to be checked.

User experience improvement on the Finish Pre Check In button to be optimise together with the signature screen. Guest often completed signature but is not aware they need to scroll down to the finish button to complete Ipad check in

Expand Payment Gateway Partnerships- Need CommBank "Simplify"
Please consider adding "Simplify" as a payment gateway as it is designed for small businesses with a flat fee per transaction. It is the new version of CommWeb
