Lost Property Log
If would be great if we could log items left by guests into the system for easy reporting and referral
Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
We are pleased to advise that your suggestion has now been scheduled into a future development cycle.
RNP-10041 when completed will provide users the ability to record and track lost property in RMS and the RMS Staff Portal.
We will update this page once development commences and again once the feature is released.
In the meantime, we encourage you to vote on other suggestions that you would find of benefit or add any new suggestions you may have for ways we can continue to improve RMS products.

I have been using RMS and learning something useful from such platforms like this one! Education system should be open and flexible for all students so that new generation gets inspired towards education! This would be a tremendous feature - unique logging tracking and labelling!!!! wow.
Please create a Lost Property Tab at the top of the booking, where you can log if a guest has left behind any personal items in their room. Then create a report so you can check. Opera has this feature and it's sensational!!

This would help a lot!
The items input into this system need to have a unique ID number for easy tracking and labelling. It also needs a field which mentions the location the item is stored at (eg: front office, housekeeping office, safe, etc.).
This would be a great feature to have
If guests lose property in villa/park it can be logged and if staff find property it can be logged.
Needs to have the following fields at the very least:
- date entered in system
- room number
- name of Room Attendant that found it
- status (lost/found/returned/destroyed)
