Mobile App Tablet/Phones
There needs to be a mobile app for phones and tablets that will function on any type of device. Even if it is just the booking chart where we can remotely book people in if we are away. Currently the rms9 is just unworkable on a tablet or phone. Just make it simple so we can take bookings while away from the business.

Currently available with RMS 9+ is an easy to use view accessible on any smart device with a web browser. This includes smart phones and tables of varying sizes.

Very similar to 'Mobile App Tablet/Phone'. Although using RMS 9+. We have specifically purchased a decent tablet for if we are away. However, with or without a mouse it seems unresponse to open up a reservation from the booking chart. With the mouse the other day all I ended up by doing was dragging the reservation to the wrong days, and it didn't matter how careful I was trying to be. I couldn't even hover over the top to have a look and see the quick notes about the reservation (we do know about the talk bubble). When we are away, we very often need to be able to take a look at the screen and decifer who is where, how many people and what they are staying in at a quick glance and not have to search up each name. Please make this more user friendly, so we can be stress free on holiday.

I actually change to view full site on my mobile, just so I can use the functions that I need, however, If I haven't logged out of our main computer, it warns me that I am already logged in on another device. Perhaps our license should cover one computer and one mobile device, especially for small operators that may not be at the business all the time.

Agree!! We need to be able to see RMS (whether it's RMS 9, 9+ beta or live) and access reservation data & screens
The current information that can be viewed on a mobile or tablet device is useless as it doesn't provide any necessary information
Our business doesn't need to make bookings through the device, but we have to be able to see all reservation data including whether the guest has a valid token.
