Attaching screen shots to service requests
Ability to attached picture files such as screen shots of error messages to service requests
We now save our screen shots into a word document then save as PDF file and these are OK to upload. A lot of effort just to attach a screen shot though.
I can do this currently, I just need to make sure it saved as a PNG file before uploading (JPG files don't seem to work)
YES! Such a simple process would make logging a SR much easier.
