Triggered Correspondence needs more Action options
Could we have an additional Action added to the Triggered Correspondence please?
We need to be able to send payment reminders based on the Res - Confirmation date. If a deposit is not paid within 14 days the booking is cancelled.
We have no way of sending an automatic email to remind customers to pay on time, or an email to cancel. This all has to be done manually which is very tedious!

Currently available in RMS 9+ Triggered Correspondence setup is the ability to setup a trigger for a set period of time before or after the Reservation Deposit Due Date. This option can be found under the ‘Action’ drop down menu on the Automation tab.
Additionally the option to setup Triggered Correspondence for specific Booking Sources, Categories, Companies, Rate Types and Travel Agents is available. This allows users to setup a trigger with a specific form letter or SMS template for the required Booking Sources.

Also if we could have options for email based on booking source. We have a different form letter for different booking sources.

BTW I noticed in the Suggestion Box others had asked for similar options, which is marked as "Under Review" but dated Sep 2015! Perhaps the lovely people at RMS could revisit again please?
