Enhancements to RMS 9+ Mobile Functionality
Current RMS on mobile device is far from "user friendly".
The booking.com's mobile APP (Pulse) is a good reference for what should be included and/or improved. Key push notification for "Quoted only booking", "Cancellation", "New booking", "Modification", "Sold Out".
Easy to make/cancel/modify a booking on the mobile device. Easy to search an existing reservation.

RMS Product Development
We, like many properties close our reception after hours and forward the phones to over night Duty Managers. They primarily operate on a mobile device however, the recent update has removed the ability to 'show the full site'. It would be great to be able to access and use more of the system via a mobile device
I totally agree - the last time I flagged this up I was told it was the 'tablet I was using' that was making it unreadable. However I now have a brand new tablet, new phones and all the staff also have new phones and it is STILL unreadable - we need to be able to check calendars and make bookings whilst on the go.

On top of this it would be good to be able to list arrivals and departures in order of site. not just name and section.
