Have an email/sms alert & log that shows unset triggered and WHY it didnt send.
We rely heavily on triggered emails and sms to give clients check in information and there is no alert system to show clients have not received booking confirmation, entrance instructions or anything else. When there is an error it just shows red as not sent but no information on why it hasnt sent.

When adjusting the reservation or recalculating the rate, the dynamic rate toggle
The option to activate or deactivate dynamic pricing while relocating a reservation or making other price adjustments. For instance, a visitor currently has a three-night reservation without dynamic pricing. You recreate the rate when they wish to add a night, and dynamic pricing is then activated based on occupancy. Since those nights have already been confirmed at that non-dynamic price, we don't want dynamic pricing to apply to those that have already been reserved.

Dynamic rate toggle when recalculating rate or changing reservation
Ability to engage to disengage dynamic pricing when you are moving a reservation or otherwise updating pricing. For example, a guest has three nights currently booked with no dynamic pricing. They want to add a night, you recreate the rate, and now dynamic pricing is triggered based on occupancy. We don't want to dynamic pricing to trigger on the nights already-reserved as they have already been confirmed at that non-dynamic price.

RMS Pay Transaction Activity to be included in the Reservation Audit Trail
It would be beneficial to include RMS Pay Transaction Activity in the Audit Trail. For example when a credit card token is created, when a charge is processed, when a pre-authorisation is released; Currently there is no record of this on the reservation of guest profile audit trail.

Enhancement Request: Non-Virtual Number for International SMS via RMS
We are currently facing a critical issue in our guest communication system at the resort. All our guest interactions are routed through the RMS , which is essential for providing a seamless experience. However, RMS is currently configured to send text messages (SMS) using a virtual phone number. This configuration is preventing SMS messages from reaching our international guests.
Issue Details:
Current Setup: RMS uses a virtual phone number.

Rate Displayed On Booking Chart
It would be great to be able to have an option to have a select rate display at all times on the booking chart, similar to when rates display when you make a reservation. For us, who assign rooms at the time of booking, this would be a huge help for quick revenue management observations. We generally manage rates by room type and being able to see the room type occupancy and the price on the same screen would be great.

In the AR section it would be great if the comment from the general section can be display in the AR section. This will help the finance team to get some quick basic information relating to that AR and if it is outstanding

The ability to have employees Clock in and out.
I use a booking software called aluuvi in the winter. It has an awesome Clock in- Clock out interface. It would help my campground management immensely. If RMS had this feature.

To skip the shopping cart and proceed directly to checkout, add an IBE Query String.
The IBE shopping cart is helpful for reserving multiple rooms, but it is not very user-friendly for booking only one hotel, which accounts for the great majority of online reservations.
We frequently receive calls from guests who are unable to conclude their reservation because they are unable to figure it out. Other instances include IBE pencil reservations depleting inventory as guests simply keep adding rooms to the cart while believing it isn't working.

To be able to comment on an invoice that has been raised in the RMS's A/R payment area
This would enable us to include remarks for our Accounts team, enabling them to easily add direct payments in the appropriate RMS area.
Many of our group reservations are paid for by invoice; for instance, they pay a deposit, which our accounts team enters into the A/R. The group then makes a change, so we have to cancel that invoice and issue a new one. This creates confusion because it doesn't reflect the amount they have previously paid.

Traces functionality
Functionality to apply Traces against Rate Type - so when a rate is selected traces are automatically applied to the reservation.
Functionality so that within the Reservation the requirements/traces listed have a column to show what has been COMPLETED - so at a quick glance can see what is outstanding when looking at a reservation. Once marked completion no visual change to the list.

Apply a Stop Sell or Black out period for specific Travel Agent allotments
We hold allotments for a specific travel agent (who are not connected via a channel) and so there needs to be a way in which to apply a 'Stop Sell' or 'Black out' period on this allotment set up where we wish to remove the allotted dates. RMS have advised the only way to do this is to apply the travel agent allotment in to the system day by day (rather than over the time period) so that you can delete certain dates from the allotment when you wish for the stop sell on the allotment to be applied. Group Confirmation or Correspondence
Hello! I hope you can also improve your correspondence wherein we are able to pull out or create a group confirmation for all the rooms, details, and sundries inside the group.
E.g. there are 5 rooms with different dates, # of pax and different sundries posted per room, I wish we can populate all these details in 1 confirmation if we pull out the correspondence from the master.

Improving RMS Flexibility: Beyond Simple Maximum Occupancy
The existing RMS system has limited flexibility in terms of determining maximum occupancy. For a room type with a maximum capacity of four people, we must accommodate particular combinations such as two adults and two children or three adults. However, we cannot currently restrict combinations such as 3 adults + 1 child or 4 adults (although 4 adults Monkey Mart can be managed via rate tables). Streamlining Multi-Property Management in the RMS Cloud: Seeking Best Practices
Hello, everyone.
I'm searching for best practices and tips for effectively managing many properties in RMS Cloud. Currently, keeping everything organized, particularly with reservations and reporting, is difficult.
Any suggestions for streamlining these processes would be much appreciated. I'm also looking for any guidelines, courses, or Geometry Dash advanced RMS Cloud capabilities created specifically for multi-property administration.

Update the Requirements screen to show a Status column
It would be very helpful to show the Status of a requirement (e.g. Finished, Outstanding etc) as a column on the Requirements screen (both the actual requirements screen and the requirements at the bottom of a reservation). Otherwise you have to click on each requirement to open it to check it's status.

Add charge redirection to audit trail
Add any add/delete/modification of charge redirection to audit trail of reservation & user audit trail. Currently any add/delete or modification is not shown in audit trail.
