Make it harder for an employee to be able to wipe out a previous guest profile by simply changing the name on the res.
It's all too easy for a desk clerk to wipe out a previous guest's profile by simply changing the name on a reservation rather than clicking on the "Replace Guest" button. Perhaps bring up a popup message when changing the name on a res that says something like "Are you sure that you want to remove previous guest's profile?"

Add a pop-up box when employees change a guest in a reservation using the blue boxes. It would ask something like, "Are you sure you want to replace the guest history with new information?" My employees often forget you can't just erase the name and type in the new name and that you have to go into the guest tab, add the new guest, and then remove the first guest.
