Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS 9+.
We are pleased to advise that a number of new merge fields are available for Form Letters in RMS 9+ that can be used for Group Confirmation Letters.

Hello, this seems like a good suggestion that would save a lot of time for reception staff that deal with groups. I have raised it as a job but of course it is a long list. In the meantime you might like to use the room list from the rooms tab in the group master of a group reservation. From here you can email the guest with the information you are seeking. It means two emails but for now it would save you a lot of time. This video shows you how to do it: This is in 9+
