Any update on this? It is noted as scheduled for a future development cycle, but this was mentioned 2 years ago and there has been no note that development has commenced.

Having a lost & found system is critically needed for us Hoteliers. There needs to be a way to track lost and found items left behind. It should be able to be tracked by location found, item type or ticket number (this should be system generated when entry has been saved).

Would love it if we could log lost property in "Job Management"- I have set up a Job type for Lost Property however there is no way to add an extra Status title of "Lost Property Collected" or "Lost Property Posted." This would help see at a Glance what has been claimed by guests and collected or posted to the guest and what has just been reported and no contact from the guest has been logged.

That not just an important feature - it`s a crucial feature for all affiliate partners since without such action log you can lost many users and will never figure out the real reasons of that. Take an example of the platform https://ulive.chat/uk/p - as soon as you enter the chat the user is immediately is added to your list and you can see it in the action log.

Please create a Lost Property Tab at the top of the booking, where you can log if a guest has left behind any personal items in their room. Then create a report so you can check. Opera has this feature and it's sensational!!

This would help a lot!
The items input into this system need to have a unique ID number for easy tracking and labelling. It also needs a field which mentions the location the item is stored at (eg: front office, housekeeping office, safe, etc.).

If guests lose property in villa/park it can be logged and if staff find property it can be logged.

Functionality
Needs to have the following fields at the very least:
- date entered in system
- room number
- name of Room Attendant that found it
- status (lost/found/returned/destroyed)
- notes
