We would like less 'clicks' to print receipts or statements
at the moment it is taking 4-5 clicks to finally print in 9+ - very frustrating!!

Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS 9+.
Currently available in RMS 9+ is the ability to enable Smart Printing. With the installation of a Print Client on one computer sharing a network with printers and defining which preferred printers and paper sizes for various print functions in RMS, these printing tasks can be reduced to 2 clicks.

To RMS team, it is actually 7 clicks to finally print a tax invoice. Average 25 to 35 secs to do this very important task for every booking.
Suggestion:
1. move/promote "Print Invoice" & "Email Invoice" buttons under Reservation window.
2. Add "Proceed & Print Invoice" under "Receipt" window.
3. Don't mean to be rude, please send your developer to attend UX/UI training. RMS 9+ is really lack of user interface / process consideration in many way.
