Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
Pro Forma Tax Invoices are available to be used and recreated as needed, without the need to cancel on any amendments made to the reservation.
This leaves the formal Tax Invoice to be used once on finalisation of the reservation account as designed.
Additionally you may find statements beneficial to provide if the reservation is not yet finalised.

Yes please! This is very infuriating. You may have already sent an invoice to a guest, only to have to cancel that invoice # to do changes asked for by the guest - they then receive an invoice down the track which does not marry with their first deposit. - Sarah from The Playhouse Hotel
