Digital Registration Card Upgrades
Additional options available for customisation to the Digital Registration Card:
- Customise fields displayed - Add or Remove as needed.
- Option for guest to email a PDF copy of Terms & Conditions to themselves.
- Branding options to match website, RMS IBE, Guest Portal etc.
- Ability to display selected Requirements for add on to the reservation.

Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
A number of great suggestions have been added for the Digital Registration Card, which we have merged into a single idea for easier voting by customers.

Branding ability should be a high priority, with a guest checking in on arrival at the counter and the current branding is RMS no property reference or the ability to edit the 'look' with first impressions.

I would agree this is a hugely important topic. We would also like to make sure that the email is a real email as currently it can be saved without it being a real email. As we have some fields as compulsory, for email and phone for example if we have a dot (since we don't know the email prior to check in) the guest misses adding this part, or the word 'email' written then they write next to it causing it to be incorrect e.g. [email protected]. Some further thought on this check in process is required.

Agree with branding. Additionally, current look is shocking. Why is there an enormous border of empty space, forcing the card to get smaller, thus harder to read for guests?
More importantly - ability to take photos with tablet and have attached automatically to correspondence. Require field for photo of credit card authorisation and photo id. -

Yes please, the RMS training shows you how to set up a customised form, but it's not possible to use this. The form is branded RMS, not the hotel they are checking into. Looking forward to the update please.

I would like to be able to customise the Digital Registration Form, Remove Passport field or rename it. Also change the drop down menu possibly add the property add ons like breakfast options or newpaper delivery etc... Adding a button for the terms and conditions to be emailed to the guest in PDF format if they would like.
