How can we improve RMS?

SMS two way integration

SMS needs the guest to be able to respond. Currently if the guest replies the guest believes we get the reply and we have no way of knowing the guest replied.

    It would be good if the guest response came through as an alert to the RMS screen or even sent to a designated email address.
