Delete correspondence
Being able to delete (In) correspondence if an error was made, you could add this function under the access control as to not have issues of wrongful deletions, or if you do not wish to delete them, just have a hide function so it doesn’t show up until you select show all

Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
We are pleased to advise that new Security Profile options in RMS have been added to allow users to delete correspondence from a reservation or guest.

I would like to be able to delete Messages in the correspondence section.
I added a pop-up message by mistake and now can't delete it. -

This feature is very helpful especially when Managers and/or Supervisors are reviewing recorded correspondence. with the current version this function is not available.
In order to have accurate recordings of all our dealings we may need to impose certain contingent measures.
Please note that this function should be limited to super users only.
