Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS 9+.
The Guest Merge options in RMS 9+ include multiple warnings as well as a display of what will be included in the Merged Guest Profile to provide users the ability to review the merge before continuing.
If there is something specific we could add to this existing functionality to make it even easier for users, please let us know in the comments.

Hi,
I have already put specific information into the comments about the issue with clients being ticked when you don't realise they are ticked as they are not showing in the search field you are currently in.

At the moment, you can merge clients that are not displayed in the client search. This means that if you have accidentally ticked a client, then searched for a new client and ticked that, these clients can be merged together even though the first client is no longer visible in the search. It is very un-friendly to the user.
Also, if you are merging multiple clients, you should be able to select which information you want to keep. i.e. if you have 3 clients with 3 different phone numbers, you should be able to select the most relevant one to keep rather than it defaulting to the client of the most recently created client.
