Cancelation email-listing property name
A cancelation comes through. The email notification has no property name on it, only booking reference number and source of booking. We have to go into reservation (we are not always in office so accessing on iPhone is very limited anyway) to find property then cancel other sites they do not connect to RMS.
Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
Currently available from the RMS Channel Manager, cancellation emails will include the Property Name in the subject line of the email for easier identification.
