Ability to Hide Transaction Comments on Tax Invoices, Statements & Receipts
Add the option to Hide Comments when printing:
- receipts, statements, invoices etc
Comments are important for accounting however not for the invoices sent to Companies.

Would love to be able to set a time period for “Allow Printing/Emailing of Statement” on the Guest Portal Setup>Accountin Defaults page. Much needed for old information that guest shouldn’t see.
If we could default to last 30 or 60 days, that would be excellent. Just no need for the last several years to be there.
Guest call and ask what they have been currently charged for and it would be so helpful for them to login to the guest portal and they see each of there payments. Even when we have sent them emails they still ask to send another email. By having them log in to the guest portal and see their own information on the payment tabs it would be great. Just not very old information from past years.Any possibility for this to be added to the option page here?

This is badly needed. The statement printout given to a guest is horrendous when lots of notes on terminal ID's and transfers are visible.

If this was just for transfer of items between folios this would be great. Some comments would be required, just not the transfer.
