Remove block in RMS on refunding a payment to a guest from credit notes through a payment gateway
RMS doesn't allow refunds to be processed from credit notes even though the funds are there, the card token is there, and payment gateway recognises a valid payment from the card on that account. This is poor system integration and poor functionality as it forces the RMS user to leave RMS and login to the payment gateway to process the refund. Should be accessible for Manager/Admin level users to ensure appropriate controls.

Thank you for your suggestion on a way to improve RMS.
The ability to refund via a Credit Card Token through the Payment Gateway from RMS is currently available. The ability to do refunds can be set as a Security Profile restriction for users.
Credit Notes however cannot be refunded as they are not monies and are only a credit.
