Add Dynamic Pricing Grouping to Site/Site Type screen (beside 'Grouping').

On the by resort page of the site/site type screen a column listing what dynamic pricing grouping the site type was applied to would be very convenient.

Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.

Currently available on Category setup in RMS 9+ is the ability to set both a Grouping and a Dynamic Pricing Grouping.
