Guest Portal Enhancements
- Display number of guests on reservation details. - Adults, Children, Infants, Other.
- Use Total Rate including Packages and Discounts as the Reservation Total
- Notify the Property when a guest adjusts ETA, makes a payment.
- Pre-fill Guest Details on RMS IBE when Creating a Reservation from the Guest Portal
- Email Statement for All Account Types in One Statement

At the moment, guests can only Print/Email Statement off the General account even though the "Reservation Account Balance" include both General and Extras account balances.
Just like the "Reservation Account Balance" settings, we need to be able to enable/disable guests to generate General and/or Extras account transactions in the statement, and therefore the guests are able to generate one statement that covers ALL transactions allowed according to the rules we set in Client Portal setup. Just like the Accounts Merge Fields we currently have in the Form Letter Setup – where we have the option to use Trans_List_Extras, Trans_List_General, Trans_List_Total. We also need these options for the Guest Portal.
Can RMS please highly consider this. The guests have the right to get the statement that covers ALL transactions they pay. I’m sure other RMS clients will be benefited too. It’s like obtaining a full receipt when you shop at a store – this is essential. -

Notification of ETA changes and payments is crucial!
It also makes much more sense for the guest's details to be pre-filled when making a reservation from the guest portal.
