"Requirements" to automatically be added to form letters. I.e a booking letter.
We use RMS at our Caravan park. It would be so useful if the "requirements" section would be automatically be transferred to a form letter. for example - If a guest in requiring addition linen, additional linen has a fee, If we send a "booking" letter it calculates tariffs, deposits etc but if there are any requirements (with or with out a charge required) we have to manually add it to our booking letter before sending. which can be easily forgotten and a bit of a pain if forgotten.

Currently available in RMS 9+ is the ability to add merge fields to form letters that can populate Requirements from the reservation into the merged letter. There are a number of merge fields available depending on the information you would like to include in your letter.
