wHEN CLIENT HAS PAID in full WHETHER THIS BE ON THE WEB OR BY ARRANGEMENT CAN THIS BE SHOWN ON THE CLIENT RESERVATION SLIP WITHOUT HAVING TO CHECK ACCOUNT AND PERHAPS THE COLOUR ON THE CHART COULD VISUALLY SHOW THIS AS A SECURE BOOKING.

Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
Currently available in RMS 9+ is the available to set the Text and Colour options on the Booking Chart.

Additionally, account balances can be previewed in the Reservation’s Data Window on hover as well as in the Account Column on the Reservation Screen.
