WiFi Network and Password as a merged field for Form Letters
Have WiFi Network and WiFi Password as a field which can be merged into Form Letters to be automatically populated when generating emails to send to guests regarding their arrival and in-suite features.
WiFi passwords have become a basic necessity and for security purposes vary by suite. This information is very easily stored in apartment descriptions and if added as a merge-able field can be easily shared and included in correspondence.

Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
Currently available in RMS 9+ is the ability to setup custom fields on the Area which can then be included as merge fields on Form Letters or SMS Templates.
