I would like to have "pet field" on RMS IBE to have an option to be mandatory or not.
We would like to be able to track if a guest is bringing more than the 2 dogs that we allow per motorcoach/lot.

Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
Currently available in RMS 9+ is the ability to setup Additional Charge Labels and the ability to define which fields on the RMS IBE are mandatory for guest completion.

Our resort only accepts motorcoaches that are 10 years or younger with older ones subject to management approval. We aren't able to communicate this on the IBE since only the RV Model, RV Length and RV Slides are the only fields available for our guests to choose from. We have found that communicating as much as possible with our potential guests on booking is very helpful in a guest's hospitality experience.
