Add a note which isn't a requirement
I want to be able to add a note that will appear on the requirements list, but isn't from a preset list of requirements.
IE a guest checks in on Monday and tells us they want to upgrade to a king room. We have availability from Wednesday onwards, so I want to create an action item note for reservations or reception to receive it on the requirements list to move them on that day. There is a note option buried in the correspondence tab, but I think it should be a part of the requirements so its visible on the main screen.

Currently available in RMS 9+ is the ability to apply Adhoc Requirements to reservations, entering any description required without setting up a new Requirement.

If adhoc requirements are a largely used item at your property you may consider setting up one requirement titled ‘Adhoc’ and selecting this one for entering custom descriptions on reservations as needed.
