A flag / follow up / traces function
Attach a follow up note / task to be completed to a reservation for a specific date or dates, that can be accessed via a report or by looking on the reservation. This function is called traces or flags in other PMS.
E.g. Guest has left bags in storage from previous stay, deliver to room before arrival.
Guest has paid only half of accommodation due to daily spending limit on CC. Collect remainder of payment today.
Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
Currently available in RMS 9+ is the ability to add Requirements, including adhoc requirements to a reservation and monitor the completion of these.
Requirements on reservations can be viewed on the To Do Chart or via the Requirements Report and be used for any reminders or follow-ups required for a guest or reservation in RMS.
