I would like to be able to attach photos to a guest/client account especially when room is left dirty and extra cleaning needed.

Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
Currently available in RMS is the ability to add notes to a reservation that include file attachments.
These notes remain on the Correspondence tab and any files attached can be opened and reviewed at a later stage.
